    They were available when needed/ bed was comfy.

    They were available when needed/ bed was comfy. Rooms were literally just OK. Breakfast not so good. Bathroom and halls weren’t that tidy. I did not appreciate the amount of ants in our room. I would not have attempted to look at the swimming pool. I will say, good location far as shopping and eateries.

    They charge $100 per night for incidentals.

    They charge $100 per night for incidentals. I don't recall seeing that during my booking process. Our key stopped working after 1st night and we had to get another one...not a big deal but annoying and even more agitating on top of the fridge not working in the room. Toilet half flushed throughout the stay. Reported the fridge issue the next morning hoping they would fix the outlet while we were out but it didn't happen...probably because it was Sunday. I came down sick on Monday and Tuesday and didn't want them in my room while I was trying to rest up. It should have been fixed before we got there for the $ they charge. Towel rack was bent and if they weren't placed right they would fall off the rack. Disappointed overall.

    The location is strategic, the dining is beautiful, with great lighting, the food is delicious, and you are welcomed with nice delicious warm cookies - It is about 17 minutes from the American dream mall, fun place for families with young children

    Overall it was nice except the housekeeping never came to my room only when I was leaving. And the kids running around most of the night waking up myself and other guests and whoever was at desk Friday night didn't do anything about it.

    Nothing really.. the hotel was outdated and unclear. They need to do a better job with cleaning, even the front desk area had a little corner for coffee and the surface was sticky and disgusting. Not worth the money for sure, very disappointed 😕

    clean comfortable rooms, large bed, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel courtesy bus was brilliant and takes you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel free of charge, but of course we tipped the driver. could not fault this hotel.
