Desk employees very friendly and eager to make your stay there pleasant. Housekeeping definitely lacking! The day of arrival, I pulled back comforter and noticed hair and what looked like Chocolate smeared on the sheet.it definitely had not been changed from previous tenant. 2nd day the shower drained stopped up, 3rd day tried to wash clothes in the tenant washing machine, only to find the washer was not working. The location of the hotel was ok if I'd been touring the city but I was visiting the area for a family event. I did have some difficulty navigating the interstate. I'm not accustomed to dealing with that much traffic. And I've always been a little intimidated by Rt 44. It was a challenge to get around without using the interstate but I managed. I wish I'd had time to explore more but perhaps I'll have time on my next visit.Guest review byLandis
