    This hotel is being renovated so there is some paint and...

    This hotel is being renovated so there is some paint and debris on the hallway floors, however the room we stayed in has clearly just been finished with renovations and was amazing. Very clean, the bathroom was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the location is great. There is a Quik Trip gas station right next to the hotel and a Caseys gas station across the street. There are a lot of food options right near by as well and it is easy to get to right off the highway. Will definitely keep this place in mind in the future and will stay again. I wish I had taken photos to add but it is well worth the money.

    We were going to reunion in Odessa and there was no place to...

    We were going to reunion in Odessa and there was no place to stay so we went 7 miles away and are glad we did. Great experience. I don't know much about Grain Valley but it seemed great driving through it on a Saturday morning.

    If your a light sleeper, the wall are very thin.

    If your a light sleeper, the wall are very thin. I-70 traffic goes on all night and a large famous truck company is across from the motel and the Truckers running down I-70 honk at the building on the way by. ALL NIGHT. Traffic is loud. Nothing was working at the motel. Pool looked dirty. Hot tub was void of water, Gym was closed, laundry was out of order.

    The location was great for our reunion in Odessa, MO. It was very economical, has a great pool, is close to places to eat (blocks) located to freeway offramp. There was some construction on outside of hotel but we did not notice. Great free breakfast which adds up. I think it may have been under new management and everyone was very nice and rooms looked great and no problems. We will stay there again.

    The beds were very comfortable!! The towels were super thick and large,, so nice. The little round hand soaps were big enough to actually use. Very nice touch. Coffee in the room.
