This is a cute and quiet little town in Texas that we had no idea there was. It is such a cute town to walk and appreciate the scenery. Everyone was so friendly and the ice cream at the plaza was delicious. It is so relaxing and great little town to take the family for a weekend. It is very easy to drive in and out. Granbury is claiming to be to town where history lives. It has received many accolades for several years stating its the best small town in America. That being said, the special events that it holds now pretty much monthly have taken the small town vibe out of it and made it into flea market vibe with all the vendors selling their products. Locals rarely go anymore because the traffic and parking is horrendous. Luckily we know a few short cuts.
