Liked: front desk service, overall friendliness of staff from maids, cook to front end. This Holiday Inn Express provides regular sized toiletries, i.e., soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. They are secured in a holder but that is because of guests who feel entitled to swipe anything not tied down. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet for sleep. Breakfast went above and beyond. Biscuits and gravy, one day, egg white omelettes (yum!), potatoes, along with Oikos yogurt, muffins, bagles, etc. Coffee was above average.
Only glitch was only half a roll of t.p. upon arrival and maid forgot to replenish. Chalk it up to an honest mistake. Front desk supplied two more. Because of guests commandeering everything they can, hotels/motels are frugal with what they put out but always open to supplying more!

We came for a treat and we'll be back.
We came for a treat and we'll be back. Great for a place to stop if your headed on, no big city issues but great service in a home town environment. 30 minute commute to Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo area and worth it for a relaxing stay. Town offers everything you need and access to outdoor fun.

Breakfast exceeded expectations, compared to other value hotels. Hot, varied, delicious, and served with friendliness and love by Patsy, the wonderful warm cook that comes out to greet you and makes sure you have what you want.
