The staff was awesome. They let us set up the breakfast area for my family Christmas dinner. We did clean up after ourselves and they were very surprised. My grandchildren were super excited because of the pool. They were also excited about the variety of breakfast foods. Thank You Caecilia Kaeding

The location is absolutely perfect, being right in the center of downtown SW. Each staff member was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and the fireplace added a nice touch.

    The location was good for getting to the destination we were taking our riverboat cruise on, close to Hudson and near restaurants and shopping. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and space in room ample. Having a microwave and fridge in room was nice. Complementary bottles of water, snacks given spin check in.
