Walk in shower is a learned skill. shower head flooded the bathroom the first time I used it. I asked for 3 am wake up call and didn’t get it. Was told I would get an email after check out of my receipt for my stay. Had to call to get it sent. Staff was great. Buffet breakfast fabulous. Happy hour with complimentary beverages was wonderful. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Counter space by bathroom sink very small for two people. Room was quality and good the job done. Could use some updating and the shower only had one temp. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have a quality continental breakfast since they have become scarce during covid. Restaurant had good reviews but I ordered the steak and frites and it was nearly inedible. Steak was charred on the outside and cool and raw on the inside even though it was ordered medium. Wifi was not free and wasn’t great. Need to update TVs to have smart capabilities because the 5 or so channels is a terrible package. The room was amazing for the price.
The room was amazing for the price. The master bedroom was completely separate with a very comfortable queen bed and nice size TV. Only thing I didn't like was the limited choice of programs. The living room had a foldout couch. The kitchen was full size with a full size refridge. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The staff was friendly and accomodating - especially for the business center. I'd definitely stay again.Guest review byJohnUnited States

It is a large, impressive, modern hotel. As you might expect, some staff are more friendly and helpful than others. My room was a good size, with comfortable bed, good storage, Wi Fi and shower. The room was quiet, away from the bustle of the atrium. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and the evening meal here was very nice albeit the service was very slow.
