The exterior of the ;building is sketchy, and the parking lot is a horror with huge potholes impossible to miss. The staff was helpful and cheerful. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The appointments were dated, but OK. Hallways were dated. A strange layout with the second floor unavailable by elevator. It was OK for one night.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

This is an older facility and the photo on the booking site is not how the facility currently looks. Was close to multiple restaurants and shopping options. Our stay was a short one and for the price the facility was just what we needed. Breakfast was ok, coffee was hot and while we were there the staff quickly replaced the empty pots, unsolicited. All the staff we dealt with were personable, friendly and tended to the matters at hand. All in all we were satisfied with our visit to the Baymont in Kokomo.Guest review byJeannie

But in relation to restaurants and other businesses it was convenient. I had a dog with me and loved no carpet in my room to worry about.
