I requested a handicapped roll in shower.
I requested a handicapped roll in shower. Was told on the phone and at the desk that I had a handicap room. I am missing a leg and cannot hop into a tub. Went back to the front desk to be told the roll in shower room was booked, sorry. At 6 foot 1 and 250 lbs,, hopping into a tub (even with a handicapped bar sadly placed on the far wall) is dangerous and scary. The rooms were very clean, quiet however the lobby, entrance and elevator areas were filthy. I was glad to see my room clean as the lobby made me concerned initially. Friends staff, nice breakfast and good coffee.Guest review byAnonymousCambodia
