    Air did not work at first and l was already frustrated because they told me l did not have a reservation and l had my confirmation from booking on my phone. I had to pay at the hotel for another room because l was too tired to drive anymore. Plus l paid a higher rate...so l will never this chain again. They are a rip off. The clerk told me they had been having trouble with booking.com l think it was all a scam

    It depends on what part of macon. some of macon ga is run...

    It depends on what part of macon. some of macon ga is run down thsts why i chose riverside. but i was wrong. the place looked and felt like a room. that trashy people come just to have sex and leave we wind up staying at the Holiday inn right below them. it was very very vlean up to dste no stained carpet no bad smell. it felt like home awsy from.home.

    It was a beautiful town!

    It was a beautiful town! Did not have enough time to really enjoy it. Getting around the town was quite easy. Went to a shop that usually has peaches but it was the middle of march. So they are out of season. However, they have so much more!!

    Visited down for the cherry blossom festival 2025

    Visited down for the cherry blossom festival 2025 Roads were in good condition, traffic was easy to navigate , explored thrift stores and bin stores, and antiques Was impressed with the Inglewood area: dog friendly and small businesses appreciated our visits Super nice community

    The most disturbing part of my stay was the 2 managers...

    The most disturbing part of my stay was the 2 managers walking around in the breakfast /dining area speaking their native language. It made me & I believe others uncomfortable. Yes we are the land of the free & freedom of speech is paramount but in a business setting your job is to make people feel comfortable & they didn't.

    I work in Macon once a week .

    I work in Macon once a week . It like other city’s have its pros and cons . Very dirty in places but nice in others . Drugs , nasty people , drugs have really taken over in many areas . Pot use . The smell of the pot smoke is every where . It’s disgusting. .

    We love the Hampton Inns because we can stay as a family of five in a nice sized room. The breakfast is excellent, the location in Macon was very good for passing through. The staff was very friendly, the pool was clean, overall everything was very well maintained. We came from Atlanta, on the way to Florida the hotel is very conveniently located because it is only 1.5 hours from the airport.

    The room seemed clean but there some maintenance issues that should be addressed and bath tile caulking replaced. But it is a budget hotel. Beds were comfortable. It provide an adequate breakfast.
