I liked how clean and how friendly and helpful the staff was. It’s really is a great value for the money. I was also pleased with the balcony view which I didn’t quite expect when booking the room and was happy with.i came here in February so the weather was cold to stay out for too long on the balcony. The pool was also awesome love how it’s heated or just a right temperature.

Location is great. If you want to go anywhere in New Jersey or New York, it is a convenient location. A medium size hotel so easy to reach to room and other facilities. Vending machines and restaurant are just near the entrance and I found it very convenient to use. Rooms are spacious and clean. All the necessary facilities are provided and in good condition. Staff is very helpful and courteous. They go beyond their duties to help or guide you. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Overall worth of value.

    Mahwah oh is a great area, I used to live in that area.

    Mahwah oh is a great area, I used to live in that area. So I only have good things to say about the town. Plus, it’s very close to a lot of things, including New York City and the mountains. And the Ramapo Valley area is just beautiful. Oh, we ate at the Mahwah bar and Grill and it was fantastic. Good prices and good food. Ok

    I loved this hotel!!

    I loved this hotel!! Wasn’t expecting much due to some reviews ( I guess you cannot please everyone) however the rooms were nice and clean ..housekeeping daily .. I also noticed the staff that I did encounter were great always cleaning …I stay at hotels a lot and I am rarely impressed for the “ complimentary buffet” this one was amazing !!! So many options … the staff takes pride in their work .. I am due to travel next week and booked there again .. also right next to Rhe Mason Jar which was amazing

    The bar/bar staff was AMAZING. Friendly & knowledgeable. The rooms carpet was FILTHY. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while. Layout of the hotel was very confusing & awkward.

    Breakfast was not included in our stay which I think would be a staple in such a great hotel. That was a little disappointing but besides that everyone was very nice. We had a good time chatting and hanging out at the bar the bartender was lovely The staff was accommodating. I would definitely be back. Lovelyplace

    The hotel had spacious and clean rooms. Bed was very good and it also had parking and a small breakfast that was very helpful to start the day. Close to woodbury outlets at a more reasonable rate.
