    Sub par service.

    Sub par service. We couldn’t use the bathroom sink as it was plugged the entire time. Called front desk who advised they would have it fixed…never happened. Also the tv remote didn’t work and also no contact. The last is a trust issue that could have affected our health. My wife and I are elderly. On the day we checked out both of us had coffee and water in our room. Later I went for a walk and stopped at the front desk for coffee and was told they didn’t have any coffee nor had they made any today as they were on a mandatory water boil because of an unknown water issue. I asked why the guests weren’t notified and the clerk responded with a shoulder shrug.

    McCall is a very beautiful and magical place.

    McCall is a very beautiful and magical place. The pace is relaxing and soothing. Everyone I spoke with in the shops and eateries were so very nice and helpful. This is a great place to come and heal your mind, body, and soul. You definitely want to spend time at the lakes edge, take your shoes off and walk into the healing waters, or better yet, swim if you can.

    Loved the scenery, the wildlife just walks around like they own the place. The shops and thrift stores all located in walking distance of each other. The friendliest people who are native to the area and work or live nearby. Great places to eat and drinking establishments with fabulous views. Quaint beautiful place to enjoy a weekend with family and friends! I just loved McCall!

    McCall is a beautiful place to visit.

    McCall is a beautiful place to visit. The lake and the surroundings remind me of a "Little Lake Tahoe" experience. For empty nesters and retirees, I would suggest going in the Spring or Fall when all the kids are in school.

    McCall is a beautiful town on a glacier mountain lake about...

    McCall is a beautiful town on a glacier mountain lake about a mile high and two hours north of Boise. Like a mini Lake Tahoe. Good restaurants, water sports and snow skiing. Beautiful drive from Boise along the river coming from the lake.

    We loved the area,,,if course, it is in the mountains!!!

    We loved the area,,,if course, it is in the mountains!!! But the food was to the best from the restaurants...one restaurant came out while we were in line to order and said the kitchen was backed up 1 hour, and ask us to leave....wtf...oh well...went on down to a soup and sandwich place where the food was...meh...and sorta soggy. But then again...we are in Mcall and the area was beautiful.

    This apartment is on the first floor with easy access to the McCall Golf Course out the back door and Ponderosa Park down the street for hiking/biking. It is also close to downtown McCall if you want to get to a restaurant or store. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the club house at the golf course where they have a good restaurant. The place is not big but has everything you will need for a comfortable stay and it has access to a pool, fitness area, and pickleball/tennis. I would recommend this for a couple or small family.

    Hotel was located close to downtown McCall, within easy walking distance of restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Hotel has and indoor pool and laundry although I did not use these.
