Stylish and snazzy decor in my room which had a great view. Convenient location if arriving by Amtrak, just a couple of blocks from station, and the Main Street trolley stops outside. The staff were very welcoming even at 6.30am. I appreciated the late breakfast offerings.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Particularly Kiara on reception and Dory on the bar (multitasking). An excellent location out of the city centre but not too far. It was also only 15-20 minutes to Graceland which was the main reason for the visit.

It was a great hotel, was very surprised when we arrived. Looks nicer than in pictures. During my trip I stayed at more expensive hotels what were really pretty much like this one. We were very pleased. Also very nice views to some kind of like.

    Wasn't Memphis was the hotel it was actually a dirty and dangerous atmosphere. Stayed less than 10 minutes to check in and review the property and left. Will be speaking to my ATTORNEY AND AMEX TO SECURE A REFUND.

    The night lights and entertainment was great.

    The night lights and entertainment was great. Memphis is old but there is so much to do. I went to Beale st. The atmosphere was amazing. Music and entertainment. Street vendors and crowds of people enjoying life and having fun in the street. I visited The Amuse Museum and had a great time. I did not like how some people were driving extremely fast and even running red lights. I was always told to be careful and safe because I could get hurt or put in a dangerous situation.

    The hotel was nice, except for the unhoused male and female who met us when we arrived, asking for food and the same couple asking for money when we were leaving. They were on the hotel property doing this. The hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast was the same 2 days in a row. Beds and pillows very comfortable.Desk personnel personable.

    Memphis is great, we always enjoying stopping at the independent restaurants and bars. We love the growth we are seeing and how more and more travelers are visiting even in the heat of the summer. We loved the Green Turtle, The Peabody was ok. Aldo's Pizza never disappoints. It's always easy to get around Memphis

    One needs to visit Memphis for the Stax Museum.

    One needs to visit Memphis for the Stax Museum. Also, the Lorraine Motel. Elvis Museum! and BEALE STREET! I am a Texan and I found the BBQ superb. The Rendezvous (Not on Beale St but in a back alley on S. Second). A BBQ restaurant in an alley? We knew that it was going to be great!

    The staff was very pleasant easy check-in, they were helpful. Everything downstairs looked very nice. Upstairs room linens were an issue. Bathroom looked okay except for a dirty towel that I found, Breakfast was awful.

Though a short 15-20 min drive from downtown Memphis, it is not far from Graceland, so the location was ideal for visiting the home of Elvis. Felt very safe and secure as the motel is gated.     Great location for Beale Street, Memphis Rock n Soul Museum, Civil Rights Museum / Lorraine Hotel. Short taxi ride for Stax. Sun studios and Graceland is worth a visit, but unsure how far as we did this on a previous visit here. Also lovely to see the Peabody ducks.

    Well located near Graceland with bus transfer to Elvis Graceland home ( which we lived). Adored the All American Weekend. The guest room was underused - dirty bed linen still on the floor . Beds were comfy.
