Staff was absolutely wonderful. Got us in handi assesible room after first night. Friendly, professional, accommodating. Comfortable room EXCEPT for the lighting, hardly any lights. Lobby comfortable. Later eve burger good. Great location.

    I might be bias because I have family living in Merrick.

    I might be bias because I have family living in Merrick. But as for mine and my boyfriends first trip to Merrick it was great! You can see a lot of the town by just taking a brisk walk around the block. If you do visit ROMA PIZZA IS GREAT! Went almost everyday for our stay. Nothing like a good New York pizza.

    No sense of adding comments when booking!!

    No sense of adding comments when booking!! I added that my father and I are handicapped and need a ground floor room. I even called the hotel after I booked to make sure we get ground floor. I was told to ask about it upon check in. While checking in they told me they were booked and gave us a second floor room. There is no elevator!!!! We had to struggle every time we had to go out. If I would have known this from the start and knowing there was no fridge or microwave I would have canceled and found a different hotel.
