    Place is a complete rundown Traphouse that should not be open to the public bullet holes in the wall broken meth pipes in the floor black mold blood stains in the floor. This place needs to be shut down. I have become very sick after staying at this place.

    Well the town of Monroe was very nice and very clean.

    Well the town of Monroe was very nice and very clean. Pretty busy traffic but people were very friendly in letting you move from lane to lane and not in a big rush. Need to check it out try the foodie was great.

    Monroe has nicer hotels near the mall just more pricey.

    Monroe has nicer hotels near the mall just more pricey. Other prices are reasonable if you book in advance in order to get a room. Call the site and ask if the room phone works first. West Monroe is better and only 2 miles more West.

    Exceptionally friendly and professional front desk staff.

    Exceptionally friendly and professional front desk staff. Very clean room. Very comfortable king bed. Good service and food at the complimentary continental breakfast. Good parking. Rolling luggage rack available. Elevator worked well. Nice pool and exercise room. I would definitely book again.

    This place is horrible.

    This place is horrible. I stay in hotels frequently and this is the worst I've seen in years. I do not revoked and will not return. I was trying to include the pic of the cockroach I took but the review site wouldn't allow it.

    The front desk was VERY sweet and helpful. The location is great. Close to many fast food restaurants. Rooms were clean. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom was stocked and clean. The AC works amazing! Seems silly to say that, but at a lot of hotels the AC isn’t good. Both our rooms were cold and felt amazing. Overall great place to stay, will stay again on our way through.
