Property is definitely dated but they are working on it. Towels and pillows need replacement. Pool is done and will need a remodeling, should be removed from amenities. Breakfast typical but juice warm. Room was fresh and clean upon arrival, heat worked fine as it was a COLD fall evening. Ice machine still broken...they could have some available upon request. Walls very thin and on ground level you can hear every movement above but overall a good price compared to the overpriced chain hotels in the area! Staff was pleasant!

Nephi is located south of Salt Lake City so you would avoid the morning rush if travelling that direction otherwise I would not have stopped there. The motel was clean and comfortable enough for an overnight stay. Breakfast was the standard waffle-cereal-toast-coffee and it was kept well stocked and adequate to start the day. Check-in went smoothly and the young lady at the desk was cordial and welcoming.

Lovey new hotel (Nov 2022). Very clean, comfy and air con worked well. Friendly staff. Standard American breakfast. Only stopped one night so did not get chance to use the pool or fitness centre - but looked good

This hotel hit the mark for its price point. Neat and tidy spacious rooms. Maybe a little expensive for its location but worth the little extra. The breakfast was worth it too.

The room was quiet ,comfy Breakfast was surprisingly/unexpectedly good bed was comfortably and warm. being an older motel/hotel we were quite happy with everything.
