North Scituate Rhode Island is not a place where people from outside of Rhode Island would even think of, or hear of. Most people who visit this area do so because they know what they are looking for. There is an art festival here every yea, many country stores and antiques stores. I LOVED the beautifully decorated rooms. They were stunning.. super clean, and comfy.. I wish I could of stayed a full nite or even 2.. we got there pretty late and left pretty early because of work... I plan on going back and booking a room of my choice... Yes, they give you options and are extremely helpful and accommodating... I really couldn't believe this was a Motel!!! I was really impressed and the prices were so affordable... Creative rooms.
Creative rooms. Unfortunately I am not pleased with the property keepers. I had accidentally left my extremely sentimental bracelet behind, and I called to see if it was found. On the first call I was given a stiff “no.” I really believe if I hadn’t traveled the hour and a half back to this hotel I never would have seen my gray grandmothers bracelet again. I was enraged by the woman who kept hanging up on me. A simple “I found your bracelet” would have gone a long way. This situation has made me not want to stay there again. The front desk clerk brought me a blanket and extra towels as requested. Otherwise, there was no blanket- just a bedspread and I'm fairly certain it wasn't recently cleaned, although this is true with all hotels and it's the same with blankets. I have never been at a hotel before that has floor-to-ceiling wallpaper of cherubs behind the bed, it was definitely a new experience.
