The breakfast buffet lived up to his outstanding reputation. Ms. Earline fixed a wonderful breakfast each morning and was there to answer any questions we had. Ms. Consuela and her staff kept our room and the other areas very clean. We had a late arrival and Ms. Miranda, at the front desk, was quite helpful. Ms. Marrisa, General Mgr., was quite helpful in making sure we were given the room we needed.

The room was nasty the guy wouldn't honor my rate made on the app so I paid 30 dollars more than what I intended to. The bathroom still had pee going down the sides. The coffee had black crumb like stuff and dust all over the packaging. I could write a book on how horrible the stay was.

It was awful. Felt unsafe. People drinking outside, doors open animals everywhere. We left.

Breakfast was okay, lots of carbs, limited healthy choices, but well-attended and kept full. I liked that they used paper plates instead of styrofoam. Morning desk attendant Thomas friendly and efficient. Bed very comfortable and room was very clean and not your typical “pet room.”
