The room we reserved was falsely advertised on booking.com.
The room we reserved was falsely advertised on booking.com. on the website it claimed that the room had a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Unfortunately it had neither. When I spoke to the lady at the counter she said that she had messaged me and told me that the room didn't have a bathroom or shower. I told her that she messaged me after I had paid already and that it didn't make sense. Then she told me that "booking.com's template" didn't allow her to advertise the room correctly. If booking.com supposedly kept them from advertising the room correctly then it shouldn't be on booking.com. they had no remorse for the inconvenience they had caused and didn't even offer a different room. This made our stay very stressful. We should've been refunded for the first night. We were able to switch rooms the next day.
