    When making a reservation, confirm that the room has a heating system, if you reserve during winter. In summer rooms have an A/C. Know that the amenities are very limited and the WiFi is very weak; the phone hotspot was also weak (ATT). The phone desk was not working, but it could have been that phone alone (?). If you reserve a studio (Kitchen corner) you will have all the necessary basic utensils to cook.

    The first word that comes to mind is CLEAN.

    The first word that comes to mind is CLEAN. The kitchen part was well supplies with stove refrigerator microwave and sink. There was also pots dishes and silverware which made eating more convenient. The bed was so comfortable ample towels. The elevator was rather small and very slow. All and all it is a wonderful place located near Kalahari and a while lot cheaper without sacrificing quality.

    A cute hotel was lovely. The staff was great. We had a issue with the stove but they were able to to fix it and made the stay great. Pool and hot tubs were great. Definitely will do another trip!

    The bed and sofa were comfortable. Showers were nearly cold. There was no housekeeping service.
