The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The property is in a wonderful location and we were able to walk to local restaurants and shops. Our room was nicely appointed with views of the water. The breakfast area was extremely pleasant and the staff went out of their way to accommodate special food needs. A wonderful inn!

This was our second time staying at Hanscom’s and we LOVE it!! It’s super dog friendly, cozy, and has everything you need for a relaxing trip! If you stay here, make sure to take advantage of the grill, cornhole, propane fire and regular fire pit that has fire starters, wood and paper to make starting your fire super easy! We plan to make it an annual trip because we love it so much!

We booked this tiny cabin for 3 nights during november (during first snowfall of the year at Acadia, so it was chilly outside) and were very pleased with how cosy everything was! The heater was enough to get the cabin up to temperature (bathroom was a little cooler, but nothing a hot shower can't fix). The kitchen was véry well equiped, we had everything we needed and more. The bed was very comfortabel en there is enough room to store luggage (no closet however). Check-in was easy with code lock. This was a super charming way to visit Acadia, location was A++, would definitely recommend!
