+ casino area is very nice even if you are not playing
+ great option if you are close to the Mojave Desert
+ there are smoking floors and non smoking floors,- we stayed at a non-smoking floor which was great and you could see that they remodelled the room

I stood there when I went to see a concert. It wasn't the nicest hotel.. but our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. It was nice not to have to travel after the concert. The staff was pleasant.
The price was not bad. We had a good time listening and dancing to a band that was playing after the concert.

Staff are excellent, very polite and always willing to help and nothing is too much problems. Hotel is like something out the wild west, it's honestly amazing what they have there. Yes somewhat requiring maybe additional refurbishment in the sense of upgrading but overall it was a lovely experience and that which I would happily do again

I'd have to say that after coming to Primm NV for so many years, the hotel looks the same. What i like is the location and that it's still clean

The concert I went to was at the arena at hotel so I didn’t have to drive anywhere.
