Most importantly, our room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed was so comfortable. The continental breakfast was yummy with lots of healthy options to choose from along with yummy local baked goods. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions we had. Joe at the front desk was full of really interesting local history and was ready to help us if needed. Loved the beach with chairs to sit in and enjoy the view of Provincetown. We have found our home away from home.

First, Marc Anthony - out main point of contact was exceptional. He gave us an amazing room upgrade to a spacious room, sent us a bottle of wine while we were in the spa - and overall, he made the entire stay a highlight of our entire trip. The property is beautiful, convenient, and having access to the spa facilities really makes a HUGE difference.

The staff kindly upgraded our booking to a water facing room, due to it being our tenth wedding anniversary. A lovely touch that made our stay so much better. Shuttle bus ran every half hour just outside our room, with the friendliest bus drivers I've ever met. Five minute journey into Provincetown centre. Great swimming pool. My wife and I hope to return to this hotel some day. I strongly recommend The Harbor Hotel for a wonderful and affordable stay in Provincetown.

Beautiful location, Well appointed rooms with a wonderful general ambience - it is like an old club or a ship with very well maintained wood finished interiors. Gives a very warm feeling. Staff was very polite and helpful. The bar, the dinner and the buffet breakfast are all very nice. Very beautiful location. Pin drop silence. PEACEFUL! It's worth the effort to reach the tip of peninsula. Definitely coming again!

This was an 'off season' visit so the vibe was very low key but still with enough local events and activities to be very enjoyable. Provincetown has a great restaurant scene with a many nice choices. It still has enough of a quirky atmosphere to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

It’s a great atmosphere.

It’s a great atmosphere. Plenty of places to eat and or have drinks. I like to walk out on the pier and take in the scenery. I have a handicap plate and they offer free parking in the main parking lot which is a nice. I went on whale watch which departed from McMillan pier, right there in town.

It was so bad that we left a day early and gave up a night.

It was so bad that we left a day early and gave up a night. The downstairs neighbor was throwing up all night and that was all we could hear. We are local and just wanted to go home because this hotel was bad. Clean but thin walls and you can hear everything. It is an old motel and they did not insulate when they renovated. It is a mile plus walk from Provincetown commercial street and you have to walk, or hire a pedi cab to get downtown. It seemed find at the beginning but it is very far and terrible walking on a small road with high speed traffic. I will never stay there again. I booked too late any my other choices were taken and that is why I stayed here and I regret it. I should have not gone to the Cape at all. Such a terrible experience.

It's my happy place.

It's my happy place. I love the diversity and history of Ptown, We climb the Ptown tower every time and I love the museum. I've done, Arts Dune tours, the regular trolley tours, seen shows. I want to go on the ghost town tour but I haven't been able to talk my son into it yet. I used to go bike riding in the dunes of the national seashore but haven't lately- I need to be there for a few more days to get that in as usually I'm concentrating on the shops. Getting around is not too hard; there is a free shuttle bus that goes up and down Bradford st and there are pedal bikes drivers that are fun. There are cabs as well but I would recommend Uber as they are less expensive, Favorite restaurant- Ross' Grill; favorite snack place- Grab and go (excellent smoothies) and Mama Matcha; favorite lunch- Boxed Lunch. There are sooo many shops- some are very touristy but if you head down either the east or west end there are many very unusual gems to shop in. Again- it's my happy place

The most exciting, yet relaxing place in the world (we have been all over the world too) Even if you just sit on a bench on Commercial Street you will be entertained all day. Beautiful, loving people, fabulous stores, restaurants to fill every taste and reasonable choices. Nightly shows are really great. Easy to get around with pedi cabs but if you can walk that's all you need.

Perfect location to downtown Provincetown away from all the hoopla but a very close Drive. It was renovated 2 years ago and it's beautiful the rooms are so nice and the beds are so comfortable we stayed two nights and debated on staying an additional night but we had prior obligations to get back to. We almost canceled them to stay that extra night.

Really engaging hosts who went out of their way to make sure you were not only comfortable in the hotel, but could make the most of your stay in the town more generally. A wealth of knowledge about every aspect of Provincetown which they are more than happy to share. That same attention to detail was reflected in every aspect of our stay.
