The breakfast was great, the water pressure was good, the beds were extremely comfortable and clean.

Recently remodeled so everything was clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable and being I'm older that was a plus. The breakfast area was being renovated so no breakfast until the second day of our stay. Breakfast on the second day was very good, better than expected. We arrived early on the first day at 11 am, and the staff had a room ready @ 12:30 pm. The rates were higher than other places by $45 per night, which helps pay for the renovations. All in all a good place to stay.

Absolutely adorable place to stay, it was perfect for our weekend plans to Martinsville. We hope to stay here again!

Everything was very clean and well. Kept. owners provided coffee, water, and some other things. Very nice people, great, clean and nicely redone house.

The bed linen had burn holes, the sink wouldn’t drain due to something being dropped in it. Ac was dirty and there were some stains on the curtains. Breakfast was just yogurt and mini waffles
