Bad construction right now ... Cute town, not a lot of selection. Did find a great breakfast place, The Lone Oak Cafe. Good service, great food. Pelligrinos Italian was not a really great experience. Bland food, bad to non-existent service. I do not recommend this place. Could've had Sonic or Jack in the Box for better food ... oh well, live and learnGuest review byAnonymousUnited States

You cannot beat the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the overall quality of the room. For the price, it's unbeatable. If you need to be anywhere near Denton or Gainesville, this is a perfect place to pick... ESPECIALLY for being under the $100 price point. It eclipses some of the budget hotels in Denton that cost $50 more, which is why I don't mind the 10 minute drive.Guest review byAltunaUnited States

Beds were comfortable. Staff was good. Shower pressure was "exceptional!" Felt great! Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Got a good night's sleep. Overall, accommodations were great for the price!
