    Sherman is where my grandchildren live. I love Sherman and Lake Texoma! I feel that I was deceived in believing I was renting a room with an OPEN indoor pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want a refund!!!!!!!

    I love Texas.

    I love Texas. The construction and road setups are much different from our area, but talk to the natives and they'll get you squared away. A lot of nice nature areas, parks, trails. lakes, etc. Braum's Ice Cream and Hamburgers is awesome. Food and ice cream are great, staff great. Definitely worth the stop!! Nick's Family Rest and Catrina's Mex Rest also good and reasonably priced. Texoma area is having some growing pains but the people are great. Found some pretty decent antique malls also.

    I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO THE VISITORS, THE BEDS HAVE BUGBEDS AND THE STAFF KNOW ABOUT THIS SITUATION AND THEY SIMPLY DON’T CARE. MY SON WAS BITTEN FOR THOSE BUGBEDS AND HE HAD A BAD ALLERGY REACTION. I TAKEN HIM TO ER, THEY TREAT HIM AND HE SPENT 2 DAYS IN THE HOSPITAL. I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED AND MANAGER JUST MOVE ME AN OTHER ROOM, BUT I WE DIDN’T STAY THERE BECAUSE MY SON WERE HOSPITALIZED

    Beds were soft. Staff was friendly, breakfast was okay.

    Beds were soft. Staff was friendly, breakfast was okay. To many things at hotel weren't working right or broken. In door pool cold. Fitness equipment broken. Key cards or back doors not working. AC wouldn't get cool enough. Microwave & icebox didn't work well. But overall clean rooms.

    Nothing in the vending machines, exercise room was closed, pool was closed. no complimentary breakfast, no ice machine on the first floor, there was a water leak, the bathtub did not work, and the rug was wet and garbage was pile up outside. You really need to come to Sherman TX and see for yourself.

    Place was nice and quiet.everything was clean,but the room was very run down and outdated They advertised breakfast on the website but failed to mention it is cancelled due to COVID-19. (False advertising!) Staff was ok but not really friendly. The price of the room was low so you get what you pay for...

    The staff was attentive right from the start. Not only addressed my husband and I, but had conversation with our children. They checked our room before we even fully checked in to make sure it was clean. Everything was above expectation. Breakfast was hot and wonderful. We will definitely use this hotel again for our stay.

    The staff was tremendous! They were accommodating, professional and engaging. The hotel was busy. The hot breakfast was a good start. Maintenance came within an hour to fix the shower curtain.

    It was clean. Comfy for sleep. The hotel was convenient next to the highway. The guy on reception was great. There seemed a screw loose but he was so pleasant.
