    Very scenic area with lots of water based and hiking activities. Lots of great places to eat with friendly staff. Guests visiting in the summer months should be aware of a daily resort tax which is not reflected in the booking.com price. We incurred $50 extra per night which we were not aware of at the time of booking.

    Tahoe Vista has been discovered. Traffic is challenging.

    Tahoe Vista has been discovered. Traffic is challenging. Crowded. Come with plenty of patience. It's a tourist destination on beautiful Leke Tahoe. Not a relaxing place. But great if you like to hike and get away from the over crowded lakeside.

    Nice little town in North Lake Tahoe.

    Nice little town in North Lake Tahoe. Not as populated and not too many hotel casinos as South Lake Tahoe. I've been in South Lake Tahoe many times but if you're looking for a small town atmosphere, consider visiting the north side.

    Location was nice.

    Location was nice. However, the room was one of the worst I have every stayed in. It was not like any of the pictures on their website. The room was infested with ants, stove didn't work and the shower head was falling off the wall.

    Great for a stay at Lake Tahoe. The hotel is just across the street from the lake. Large room with two beds and even a fireplace! Hotel is well equipped with washer/dryer, pool and a hot tub. There is no staff onsite, but communication was easy and smooth.

    The room was very clean, and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. When I contacted the hotel regarding a lost item, the member of staff I spoke to was really helpful and got back to me after a couple of days to update me which was appreciated.

    The room was clean , had tea making facilities ,had a TV, and the cleaning staff were the only people l could track down, and they were very helpful. The hotel is in a good location.
