Chris the supervisor on duty was absolutely AMAZING. My check in was very fast and smooth. He was very thorough and professional. Very courteous. I like that the staff was wonderful. I loved the location. Everything was close by. My room was very nice. I had the King suite and it was very nice for the low price that I paid.

    We overall loved the house, would stay again for sure!

    We overall loved the house, would stay again for sure! Hot tub and outside fire pit were great! House had plenty of room and all needed toiletries, etc. The outside space was awesome, just needed cleaned up a bit, but very easy fix. We did not really have a chance to eat in Charlotte (other than a local pizza place) because we were traveling outside of the city for the most part. Accessing the house/neighborhood was very easy and convenient, very quiet neighborhood.

    we never got to check in we were scammed. went to property and it was locked. owner told us she wasn’t on booking.com. our money wasn’t returned! property was overgrown and in shambles. key didn’t work. we had to go find a hotel
