Staff was very friendly not just to us but our pet as well. As far as previous reviews go, our breakfast vouchers included everything from the hot food to the grab-n-go options/cold options. Only thing I paid was gratuity. Pool and gym were open, our room was very well cleaned. Good value for our stay with all the amenities.

    Nasty moldy carpets . Wheezing because of this !!! Would not go back !!! Room was charged on my daughters credit card when I got to the hotel I changed my credit card in the end both cards were charged trying to resolve this now that’s poor management that should never of happened!!! So so very disappointed I never took pictures my mistake. I should’ve done that.

    City of Warwick is fine.

    City of Warwick is fine. However, the hotel should have had a prior warning about the construction which was in progress during my stay. I felt it was rather unsafe to walk through workers to and from your room.

    The rooms are clean , it has all the amenities needed, location is great if you have your own car. There is nothing I can complain about! Must stay place if you’re visiting Rhode Island as it’s not in the heart of it where things are crowded but in a peaceful.

    Make sure housekeeping clean your room/vacuum/makeup bed with fresh linen if you request it, we spoke with front desk on two different occasions and still housekeeping didn't do their job, I would request housekeeping through management the next time therefore there shouldn't be an issue, otherwise hotel was decent

    I liked the out door grill off the swimming pool.

    I liked the out door grill off the swimming pool. I didn't like that there was no service for the bedrooms. You had to take the towels to the front desk for replacements every day and you had to make-up the bed/clean the room yourself. I didn't like that the phone lines in the room did not work and was told that you could use your cell phone to make calls.

    Do not stay here. It’s beyond disgusting. Every surface was disgustingly dirty. I would like to warn anyone that this isn’t a place you should stay. Bedbugs!!! Cigarettes in the bottom of the pool and the carpet looked like it was never cleaned. I didn’t feel safe in this location and didn’t stay. Now I can’t get my money back because I booked through a third party

    I couldn't even stay in the room for three minutes. The room was very smells and the window full of dead bugs and broken doors. Over price for a place like that. I had to find another hotel near by which was a very clean place and pay less money. To me that place could have been renovated before getting into business. The clerk at front did not even ask me why did I leave right away and even offer me a refund. That place was the worst place I have never seen in business.

    We had to change rooms because the 1st one was not clean. We thought we would enjoy the jacuzzi but it was roped off and disgusting looking the pool didn't look clean either. Another couple couple left because the they were there for the pool fir their daughter and couldn't use it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

    Pool for the kids! Free hot breakfast! It wasn’t the best tasting but better than conventional! The fridge in our room didn’t work! But maintenance came right away with a replacement! My only wish would be microwaves in the rooms!
