West Bend has quaint downtown area with a beautifully restored theater. Bars and restaurants and specialty shops. The Hampton Inn was perfectly located for just a couple minute drive to the venue and downtown.Guest review byGretchenUnited States - 4.0

A picturesque city that seems to want to create a particular type of Utopia. There was not a single minority to be seen. In general, customer service at big box stores were fine. The Jail House Resturant had the best food, service and price. If you are hungry, they fill you up. If you're lucky like we were our waitress did an over the top job!!!!!!!, her name was Savannah, she and all the other people went above and beyond any Resturant I have been to in a long time. I highly recommend the Saturday Night Prime Rib, and Stuffed Shrimp. The Kwik Trip by the Hotel, also had very polite employees.Guest review byKevinUnited States

The AC worked great, there was plenty of TV stations to choose from, the mini fridge was plugged in and ready to go. It was a quick 20 minute drive to my event and there were tins of food and convenience options right next to the hotel. There was a clean pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was pretty good.
