Picnic tables and BBQ’s on the grounds. Nice walking trail to a lovely park nearby. Close to town and many nice restaurants. Refrigerator, coffee machine large tv and microwave in room. Very quiet.

CanadaGreat to relax in the hot tub and pool after arriving via motorcycle ride through Cascade Park from Canada.
Super comfortable Kingsize bed, very clean room and facilities. Breakfast was plentiful with terrific selection of hot and cold choices.
A short 20+ minute walk into Winthrop town was actually a welcome stretch
Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Winthrop is the Disneyland of North Central Washington.
Winthrop is the Disneyland of North Central Washington. Its a beautiful area with bountiful opportunities for outdoor recreation. It is however lacking in services. Many of the restaurants closed during covid and have not reopened. The review of the Rio Vista Hotel I submitted to be posted was answered by the hotel but was not entirely accurate. Our toilet never worked right. We did get a reply from management 30 minutes after posting the review online with an offer to refund 20% of one room for the last night. I have 3 generations of family in the area. We rode our Harley's there so we could explore the roads ect. .No matter how much you love your family, it's nice to come back to a nice quiet room and jump in the pool or hot tub.
