Location in the heart of tourist town, Yellow Springs makes this an excellent choice. All of the downtown of Yellow Springs with its Little art theatre and many good restaurant choices is a plus. Also the excellent Glen Hellen Nature preserve is a couple of blocks away. Or you can visit scenic John Bryan State Park or Scenic Clifton Gorge, each of which can be reached by car and lie within 2 to 4 miles. There's apple picking on weekends at a near-by orchard and Young's Dairy (also within five miles) is a major tourist venue. A major bike trail is several blocks from the hotel. All of this makes this hotel worth the price, as you would need to compare it with a resort rather than just a local hotel, if you are wanting a couple of days in Yellow Springs - a town that regularly makes it onto lists of the 25 best small towns in America.

    When we first got there and checked in the key did not work...

    When we first got there and checked in the key did not work so I went down to have them fix it the clerk started to fix the key and the phone rang and I was ask to wait that should have never went that way I was there first he was on the phone for ten minutes he made me wait it was 12 midnight and we had been on the road for ten hours and was tiered and he made me wait. The bed was ok to sleep in but the headboard was filthy. There was dust every where we dated the TV dust. there was caulking on the bed runner. the shower rod was falling off the wall. the carpet was not vacuumed wash rags was stained the towels were like sand paper. If it was not 12 midnight I would have asked for another room. For being a Ramada Inn it was the Worst room we have ever stayed in. The name Ramada Inn was not even on the building and the building was in the middle of town not along the highway.

    Xenia is a very clean and beautiful place.

    Xenia is a very clean and beautiful place. A little distance off is the famous National Museum of Air Force. What a visit we had. The one Dollar and Charity Stores were very handy and well thought of for visitors.

    This is a beautiful facility! The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and very clean. Housekeeping does a great job! The breakfast was awesome, and that area was kept very clean! I highly recommend this hotel!

    The hotel in general — and my room specifically — were not well maintained. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The towels had stains on them. The furniture was falling apart.
