This is a wonderful hidden gem: lovely comfortable and modern cottages with great view on the mountain, very quiet place to relax ! And a great service from the staff and especially the manager who were always ready to support (I had to fix a problem with the car and he kindly helped !).

Nice family hotel. All perfect. Very helpful manager Nurik who arranged the transfers and recommended us where we shall go. My wife was feeling unwell and he let us in the room till 3 p. m. And gave us some drugs she needed.

Ali is incredibly hands-on and goes out of his way to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for. I was even honored to be invited to join their Eid celebration — a gesture I will never forget. While the hotel may not have all the luxuries of a large chain, any shortcomings are more than made up for by Ali's dedication and eagerness to accommodate any request. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it made my stay feel less like a visit to a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a heartfelt, authentic experience.

We had a truly wonderful time in the mountains. The dacha was cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by breathtaking nature. It was the perfect escape from the city — quiet mornings, fresh air, and incredible views all around. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We had an incredible stay. We came as a family and had more than enough space for all three of us. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed for a barbecue. The 'tapchan' is lovely, it's hidden under a roof along with the grill, a fireplace to cook on, a television (right in front of the outdoor tapchan), and a table. We spent most of our time in the shade in the tapchan when it was sunny, and if we wanted to, we could easily take a dip in the pool or enjoy the birds and flowers in the garden. The house is well stocked, with a kitchen (fridge and all utensils available), the rooms clea n, the bathroom nice and big with a sauna that the hosts will happily help you use for a small fee. A short walk from the house there is a small shop that the hosts help manage, along with a beautiful park where you can hike. It's also a short 20-30 minute walk to the cable car to reach the top of small Chimgan, with several lovely places to eat samsa and drink tea.
