BRAND NEW hotel. Everything was new. Manager very young kid was very polite and helpful. Despite his age, he made our stay AMAZING. We loved that breakfast was brought to our room. Breakfast was really good and big. Staff really made their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great host, friendly, and dropped us off to the station at an unearthly hour for free, without charge. That should count for all the stars one can give. From the inside, the apartment is spacious and well fitted. The kitchen was tricky to operate due to a malfunction with the cooker. The apartment block is next to a major motorway crossing, so busy with over excited drivers, speeding like there is no tomorrow. It was dry, dusty, and a construction site for the local University buildings. So once this is complete and the back roads are tarmacked, it will be better. There are no lights in the building common areas, although Uzbekistan is very safe.

Extremely spacious room. It is very clean as well. The heated floor is a plus! The best thing about the hotel is the reception man Aziz. He took very good care of us during our stay in Bukhara, made sure we had enough water, saved breakfast for us when we woke up late, and helped us book train tickets too. Excellent Aziz!
