Great location in sunset town, very modern and stylish property, big apartment with 2 large rooms with great bathroom facilities. Lovely sitting area with large tv with Netflix and balcony. Rooftop pool is amazing, also providing great views for the nightly fireworks. The staff were extremely friendly, understanding and accommodating. Even gifted us a surprise birthday cake with candles and hat :)

Everything about this Hotel is amazing. Myself, husband and brother enjoyed our 3 nights stay here and this hotel provided free airport transfer, free buggy service, free jacuzzi, complimentary cable car and theme park tickets. Receptionists are very friendly and approachable. We are pleased with the entire experience and we would definitely book with Venice Hotel in our coming trip

Everything was perfect! The hotel and its facilities are simply heavenly, very comfortable with fantastic views of the city and sea. Family run hotel, great atmosphere and owner was really helpful with all our needs. This is what sets the place apart from everywhere else i have stayed and would therefore highly recommend. Breakfast was included and was a 2min buggy ride away. Rather than the usual buffet, bkfast was freshly cooked to order, therefore allow some extra time. The rooms were new and clean. We found that everything we needed was provided in the room, including hairdryer, kettle, water, coffee and tea and a mini fridge. I would definitely recommend this place. Twin rooms are larger and more spacious than doubles. Great view of the fireworks from the room on the higher floors with sea view.

Great location, close to the beach. It is a bit far from the town and the whole town is deserted, but the hotel itself and the beach is really nice. Room was very spatious and the whole place seems quite new and well taken care of. Breakfast offered nice variety with different hot dishes every morming, eggs, pho, sweets… Something for everyone, for sure! Staff were really friendly and we felt very welcome. They have a (or cooperate with, not sure) massage parlour 1 min walk away, where hotel guests have discount and we enjoyed some of the best massages in Vietnam. Hotel and the Kham Beach are really great places to unplug snd relax.
