It's a nice hotel and you get what you pay for. They also have a laundry service. No English was spoken at the front desk, but translator apps are all that's needed to communicate.

    It’s a small growing city which is very close to Hanoi and...

    It’s a small growing city which is very close to Hanoi and Noi Bai airport, it’s a good place for local Vietnamese tourists to explore the culture, historic and food here. There were many nice cafes and restaurants and they’re much cheaper than Hanoi. However it isn’t popular to Westerners.
