This Hostel is the perfect starting point if you’re thinking of doing the Ha Giang loop. I stayed in a private room which was great for a good nights sleep before heading on the road. The facilities are as good as you’ll find anywhere! The staff are super friendly and willing to help at any point. I didn’t arrive until 2:30am and they were in contact with me every step of the way making sure was going okay. They arranged for a bus to pick me up from Hanoi as well as drop me back when I was finished on the loop. I had dinner delivered to my room for a small cost as well as my laundry cleaned and delivered to my room. I chose the 3 night 4 day easy rider trip which I’d highly recommend to get the full experience of the loop. My driver was called Thang and he was amazing! Always making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He even gave me some additional clothes when things got cold as tends to happen during winter in Vietnam. He was knowledgeable and always giving information about our locations. He really is a credit to his employer! I couldn’t recommend the Ha Giang Hostel enough and I intend on doing the loop again but riding myself. I will absolutely be staying here again when that happens.

We really enjoyed our stay. This place offers incredible value for money. It was the cleanest room and bathroom we had in Vietnam. The room is large and modern. The WiFi worked well. The staff are very friendly, helpful and speak English. The breakfast was good too.

New! Only opened just before Christmas, all the facilities and interior is still new. Understand there wasn't a lot of staff as it's still getting established. However, they made sure we had the best service possible.

I loved staying at this hostel! The rooms were large and very comfortable! The staff was super friendly at all times. I rented a motorcycle from them for 7 days and they gave me all the information I needed for the loop. On the last day, they booked the bus for me so I could go back to Hanoi. I highly recommend staying at this hostel!

It's a great place to stay before and after doing the Ha Giang loop. It was easy to rent a motorcycle from them, the bike was in good condition, they gave us advice about the best route and things to see along the way. It's easy to communicate through WhatsApp. We had a midnight check in and they kindly waited for us. The breakfast is good, an egg sandwich, coffee, two pancakes and fresh orange juice.

I used Lila Inn for accomodation before and after the Ha Giang loop, for bus booking to and from Ha Giang and as tour organiser for the 3 day loop. Everything was absolutely perfect. Best Easy riders I have used in Vietnam - I felt so safe the whole time and they did everything to make the tour good. And the Home stays they used during the loop were amazing as was the food. I want to come back and do this again with Lila Inn & Tours

    The bus trip from Hanoi is a bit of a challenge but once you get here, that seems irrelevant. A peaceful place provided you find suitable accommodation, preferably in a homestay away from the main part of town.

    Words cannot describe this amazing experience.

    Words cannot describe this amazing experience. The guide and drivers were beyond friendly and extremely considerate of their riders especially on the bumpy roads and the honestly in Dong Van was stunning. The views seen at every stop was beyond breathtaking and fun to be had at night with happy water and Kareoke. Was the absolute highlight of my time in Vietnam and I would fully encourage others to add it to their must do list.

    Ha Giang is quite simply beautiful outside of the city. The surrounding areas to the city are stunning and really worth any difficulty in getting there. The people are friendly and welcoming. Go if you can!

    This is my first time coming to Ha Giang, booking a cheap room with such quality. We traveled from Sapa to Ha Giang quite late but the host still helped us check in at 10pm. Room is clean and fully equipped.
