Very hospitable & lovely service. Everyone saw so welcoming, and made our stay extra special. I would highly recommend and I will definitely come back. The hotel is in a great location to Old Quarter, in Hanoi.

The hotel was an amazing oasis for us amidst the busy city! The staff are incredible and joyous. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning too. We LOVED the hidden speakeasy bar in the basement, what a nice surprise that was. We would give this review an 11 out of 10 if we could.

I love that the room we stayed in was spacious, and everything was spotless. Location wise is also great, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Upon arrival, the Lotus tea was served which was great!

I highly recommend the Omina Hotel! It’s a great little boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi, convenient to lots of sight seeing and delicious food. The room was very nice and super clean. Breakfast was better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. The BEST part was the staff! Ruby helped us navigate old town, gave us recommendations for things to see in Hanoi, and helped us check on our transport to Halong bay when they didn’t show up. We will stay here again and will book all excursions and additional travel in Vietnam through Omina!

had an amazing stay at this hotel! 🤩 The staff were super kind and incredibly helpful, always willing to lend a hand. We had to check out early, but they thoughtfully provided a take-away breakfast - such a lovely touch! 🥐 The room was clean and with balcony area that was perfect for relaxing. Plus, the location was super accessible, making it easy to get around. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay! 👍 The only thing I'd mention is that the hallway could use a bit of a refresh - maybe some extra attention to scent or would make it perfect. But overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel for its accessible location and lovely rooms and accommodating staff! ❤️🥰5/5 stars!

It’s a must stay hotel.. The staff were more than amazing! They literally helped me in everything. They planned my trip all over Hanoi, booked all my tickets to Halong bay, Danang bus and a flight! They were always checking up on me on WhatsApp if i need any help or recommendations to try new restaurants or to help if i am lost. The hotel combines coziness and clean atmosphere and it reflects the Vietnamese culture. You will love it!
