The facility was really beautiful, the room was very nice and well cleaned! And the staff was very friendly, they always asked us if everything was good and we even got a kind of personal assitance person that we could text at any time if we had questions or requests! They also upgraded our room without asking and without any extra cost which was a very positive surprise! 10/10 experience!

Attentiveness of the staff, it’s well trained and I can say only good words about the hotel management system. Lobby with waiting area, easy check-in, great room, brand new and well-maintained. The accomodation in Samantha hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was so clean and bed so comfortable. The bathroom was big enough and clean. The owners familly was so helpful... They organized taxi to the boat tour in Halong bay and they helped us to book the bus to VDO airport. To be sure everythink is ok and we are in the right bus, the "grandpa" owner followed our taxi and wished us lucky way..... Thanks a lot Samantha hotel to make our Vietnam holiday so beautiful 🥰🥰🥰

The hotel has an elevator, making it easy for my son to move around in his wheelchair. I’m quite particular about this, and the hotel staff were very supportive. Our room was on the fourth floor, featuring two spacious and comfortable beds. The food also suited our taste perfectly.
