The property was exceptionally clean and modern like a Marriott with some Vietnamese aesthetic touches. The reception area was very welcoming and festive with Christmas decorations. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Best of all, the shower temperature was perfect! The receptionists Dung and Hung were very friendly and helpful and offered history and recommendations on things to do in Ha Long Bay. I ended up booking a Ha Long Bay day cruise through the property which picked up and dropped off at the property.

The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed for a great stay. But what really made my experience stand out was the level of service provided by the host. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Whether it was providing recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, or simply offering a warm smile and friendly conversation, the host truly made me feel like a valued guest.
