Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

Good service. Receptionist is very friendly, enthusiasm especially Julie Nguyen ( Dong Nhi) huge thanks to her. We could turn to her for help with any problem. She also introduced us to the local foods. The location of the hotel is great the nearest shopping centre is 5 minutes walk away. Clean and modern rooms. The room is very beautiful and the location is very convenient. The details of various facilities are particularly thoughtful. The owner is very enthusiastic and carefully answers various travel questions and helps with ticket booking. It is worth recommending and I will definitely stay again if I have the chance.
