I love absolutely everything!! Staff was so helpful and friendly, room was so nice tidy and a lot of space for everything. Was so easy to extend the room for one more day the next day :) highly recommended Regarding for Huy who help us book the taxi for the price matching grab price ! Amazing !!

Amazing stay at the centre of Hanoi. The location is very convenient to explore old town by feet, including train street, cathedral, lake, and other places. Stores and cafes are everywhere around. The room was clean, with all necessary amenities, comfortable beds, blackout curtains, everything was good. The buffet breakfast was good too. The stuff is amazing, made very caring atmosphere. But if you choose the room with the view at the main street, prepare for noisy nights, because the center of Hanoi is not quiet.
