Firstly all staff were excellent, all were very accommodating, going above and beyond their duties 5 stars. Secondly the Stunning Views from our Bathroom and Bedroom on the 16th floor were spectacular. Thirdly we loved the automatic lifts that were operated using our room key, there was then an announcement to inform us of which lift would be arriving first.

The breakfast had ample selection. Some buffet style others prepared to your liking. Beautifully and tastefully decorated dining and common areas with view and comfortable, diverse seating. Every detail in the hotel is thoroughly thought through, tasteful and of high quality. Excellent lighting, beautiful views of the scenery, tasteful furniture, comfortable and luxurious beds, probably all rooms with balconies. A highlight with boutique hotel flair that stands out among the mainstream hotels offered in Ha Long. Staff was excellent, the Spa treatment was exceptional (she knew what she was doing), Espresso the way it should be.

So clean, beautiful and comfortable place with huge balcony😊 We came to Ha Long for one night but stayed three because we fell in love with the place. The hotel is on a hill and we had a great view of the mountains and the sea. There is a Winmart conveniently located across the road. The owner is very friendly and speaks fluent English (a great rarity for 🇻🇳) In addition, there is a garage for your vehicle🏍️ and a kitchen with all the amenities☕️

We booked this hotel last minute, for a quick stop after a night bus. We were able to check in at 3am which was sooo helpful! The room was very comfortable and had 2 double beds. The shower was hot and had a TV with Netflix. We wished we could’ve stayed longer! In the morning we were leaving for a boat cruise but needed to get some laundry done and then hotel staff said we could leave it with them and pick it up the next day. The washing was indeed all clean, dry and ready for us the next day after our cruise!
