The hotel is located about 10 mins from the airport. You need cash to pay the driver. So get cash at the airport. Breakfast was very good they change the menu every morning. The beach was in front of our room and the water was very calm and clean. Couples massages were the best and affordable. We had one every day we were there. The Friday buffet was the best and it came with a fire show.

There was a large group of kids that were creating noise, knocking on our door numerous times. We asked to be moved and your staff moved us to a quieter room away from the kids. faafetai lava!

I love the staff, they are so kind and always smiling makes me more welcomed. I love the way we are given a drink to soothe our inner selves from the hot and busy sun. I love the IT personnel. They were prompt and friendly. Malo lava...I will always stay at Lava when traveling to Apia and I always share the experience with my family and friends. OH! and the breakfast was onolicious! From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being.
