Everything was very clean, and the place smelled nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant had a rich menu with excellent food. It was quiet, and the facilities were great.

The young receptionist was very friendly and extremely accomodating, he did his best to help us and his english was very good so it was enjoyable to speak with him about Prizren and Kosovo. All other staff were very friendly as well. The location is really good as it is just a nice short wall away from the center and the main points of the city.

It just brings me good memories. Staff very friendly and helpful, they treated us like family, nice welcoming with a tea and good chat with owner. Hotel is in the best location in town. Very nice decoration overall. Good restaurant with traditional food. Room is spacious with all amenities and a nice terrace. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Definitely worth the price.
