Amazing location, safe area espcially for solo travellers. Room was perfect, roof top pool was great, the cafe downstairs is a instagram hot spot. Short walking distance to the beach for morning cold water plunges, on the same street as restaurants and nice boutiquey shops. Parking was extremely easy and accessible. If/when I come back to Cape Town I will be staying here.

Suite was comfortable, pool looked great but too cold to use it. Lovely grounds. Breakfast was good, ate there on first evening and it was delicious. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle service both to the V&A and Kirstenbosch and it worked very well. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend at Hotel Lola in Cape Town, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and kindness of Russell and Allen made us feel right at home. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and gave us the perfect recommendations for exploring the city. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh and varied options that gave us the energy to enjoy the day. The location is ideal—close to everything we wanted to visit, yet in a peaceful and private area. What truly makes Hotel Lola special is its unique charm. Every corner has a magical touch that sets it apart from any other place. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Cape Town.

The food was phenomenal. The staff were amazing (special shoutout to the property manager Andrew as well as our butler Keith). The service was exceptional. The private cinema was the highlight of our stay. We loved our suite and walking the grounds of the property. The spa was also very good. Overall the entire experience exceeded our expectation and definitely going back there again.

It was our first time in Cape Town and the location of this hotel was perfect. We stayed in this hotel for 7 days and used Ubers to get around. The branding of the hotel is so cute and pretty and the hotel is small enough that you can really get to know the staff, if you want. The service was perfect! Thank you, Pineapple House team.
