How did you manage to turn Colesberg around ? Last year we were so dissapointed. Streets were full of litter, street lights out and drunk people everwhere. This year we were so impressed. Streets are clean and clearly lit up, no loitering. Murray House is a must for a traveller wanting to stay over and nothing can beat eating at The Plattelander. Colesberg is a good place to sleep over on your way to the Eastern or Western Cape from the North of the country or back. There are many properties in Colesberg and therefore it is important get value for your money. I read the reviews before I make a choice. Colesberg is an old town that has some old buildings to explore. There are shops, fast food outlets, and a farmstall. Some properties also have a swimming pool to enjoy during the warm summer months.
