Wish we could have spent longer than 2 days at the Hluhluwe/Umfolozi park. Saw lots of animals and the watsapp group that helps you to see much more in the park. Hluhluwe small town with so much to do to relax, you can go on a game drive, driving to the nearby beach 45 mins away, or relaxing at home. We loved the accommodation. It was huge filled with the most intersting African decor, beautiful. The vast outdoor veranda overlooking area with indigenous trees. The braai area with built in seating and fire pit was perfect. The pool area was a very special bonus.Guest review byGeorge

You have got to experience it to believe it. We booked for three nights but stayed for an extra two and would have stayed even longer if not for work commitments. Away from the hustle & bustle of the city but close enough to good restaurants and so many outdoor activities. Had an absolutely amazing day self-driving in the Hluhluwe National Park. The premises are well maintained and clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. We booked the Lodge Room and was upgraded to the one bedroom chalet. We arrived late and left early next morning so didn't spend much time at the Lodge but it had everything we needed for self catering and it was clean.
