Lots of great places to eat out, try a delicious pizza at Pili Pili Beachfront restaurant for example, just pack a blanket if its cold out, as its set up on a type of veranda, they do have outdoor heaters though. The beaches are lovely. Perfect surfing area with options for beginner surfers to advanced. Surfing with the dolphins was a huge highlight for my teenagers. There is a skateboard park. Lots of great factory shops of various brands in the surf village. Addo Elephant park is not very far away, so also worth doing a drive through.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Awesome beaches where you can walk for miles and miles. Seashells on the beach like nowhere else on planet Earth. Big, beautiful waves teeming with surfers and dolphins. And the best calamari to be had anywhere. The roads in town badly needs to be re-done. I took basic surf lessons, visited Surf Village (beautiful place) and went horseback riding at Papiesfontein (wow beautiful experience, in fact the best I ever had). This is Jeffreys Bay one of the most popular surfing areas in the world. The beaches are wonderful for long walks and sunbathing (bring high quality sunscreen protection). It is a nice and cozy room, has an own deck with a direct entry to the garden from which you are only a footstep away from the beach. The room is equipment with a BBQ, basic kitchentools, water kettle, microwave, a portable cooker with 2 plates and a fridge. So you can prepare simple meals or sides for your BBQ.
