The attention to the small details, like having candles and matches the lovey barth. To have bread and wine waiting for us! To a very well thought out kitchen to have everything you need. Being so close to the beach was amazing. When we come back with the family, we will make it one of our stops on the way to Cape Town.

Excellent accommodation and hostess. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and very cozy. Every detail reflects the love that has been put into this space. It has an incredible view and is very well located. The hostess was very kind and attentive to each of our needs. It was a special place to rest on our way through the Garden Route, which is why we decided to extend our stay. We recommend it to all travelers who pass through Cabo de las Agujas.

One of our most interesting and beautiful locations on our Road Trip! Such an amazing experience, we have returned here after 8y and its still amazing as it was! But what really set this accommodation apart was the hospitality of the staff. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and communicative throughout our stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and made sure that we had everything we needed to feel at home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, child-friendly, and hospitable place to stay. Thank you Thunderbolt ;)

    Struisbaai is a wonderful place to stay, it is small and has all the facilities one could need, restaurants, shopping, chemist etc. I loved the harbour, and being a photographer this is a wonderful place to stay. It also has beautiful beaches and lots of places to walk, I felt safe at all times.

    The shops is very close to our destination, lots of places to eat, we had break fast at the Old cape restaurant on the Main road, The air is very clean and healthy to breath in, and its very easy to get around Struisbaai, up to Cape Agulhas points, via the main road.

    Struisbai is one of my favorite places to visit every year.i love that it is not overcrowded and the kindness of the locals. My children are safe and I feel at ease for them to take walks on their own. Our favorite spot is the Harbour.

    Struisbaai has the essence of providing a well for filled vacation. The serenity that surrounds the town meets the clear turquoise ocean with its soft white beach sand allows one to smile and appreciate the simplicity of beauty. To have a few wild stingrays swimming everyday very close to shore was a great sighting. Our time didnt allow us to sample a few restuarants but the ones we did try were amazing. This was our 1st time in Struisbaai and it was a beautiful experience, Yes our time was very short so i cant wait to experience a longer stay. But i'm pretty sure Struisbaai wont disappoint.

    It’s a nice quaint holiday seaside town.

    It’s a nice quaint holiday seaside town. Nice and peaceful, serene. The beach areas are lovely. At the harbour you get a a close up experience with the stingrays. Only problem is there are very few places (literally only 2) that cater for halaal if you don’t just want to eat fish. Not much to do I the area, go to Agulhas for that, which is very close.

    Everyone is very friendly, crime free and also very near to Cape Agulhas which is well worth a visit to see the southern most point of Africa. Gavin's Forterrai (?) is well worth a visit,mgreat Italian food.

    Without sounding like a property agent writing a magazine article.... Zandtorini is an amazing place to stay. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private grass courtyard, large undercover braai area together with everything that you need makes this home away from home. It's also just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Christa was the perfect host, checking in with us regularly. Struisbaai had a water outage for over 24 hours and Christa kindly brought us 15L of water from her home in Agulhas. All in all, I would highly recommend Zandtorini.

    Our host Bouwina made us feel welcome and at home from the moment she greeted us at the entrance. The accommodation was pristine, with all the creature comforts that you can think of. The view from our window was breath taking. Listening to the waves beating down throughout the night simply enhanced the experience. We went their to relax in peace and quiet, but received much much more. I will recommend to anyone who is looking to unwind, and bang for your buck.

    Our stay at Sjoe Guesthouse Cottage was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the hostess went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Not only did they upgrade us to a larger cottage, but it was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The little touches like having fruit and rusks to snack on were greatly appreciated.     Superb stay at Land's Edge Echo Friendly Cottage. We had such a relaxing stay, The cottage has everything you may need and more and the indoor braai en snooker table was a bonus during our evenings to the most southern point of South Africa. Excellent location close to sea and to the shops. On our next visit to Struisbaai, this is the place we want to stay at. Thank you!
